Tired, sleepy and groggy but mahhn!! I am so glad I chose to join this internship program offered by my school, Kaplan Business School Melbourne. I have been in the hospitality my whole professional life but local (Melbourne Australia) industry experience hits different. I had to unlearn some ‘Filipino’ hospitality traits and get my head wrapped around how the Aussies do it. But maybe a bit of both?
