Dropping a watch can be heartbreaking, and dropping a luxury watch right after you first purchase it is even more so. However, what could potentially happen if you accidentally drop a watch or even bang it on something?
Well, it really just depends. Watches are meant to be warn, and this does mean that a few dings usually are okay. It is possible though that a watch could be broken if you drop it on the ground on a hard surface. You may break your watch if you bang it on the right surface as well.
How would you know? Well, assuming the watch doesn’t have external damage and it is still ticking, it may be best to just wait and see if the watch is gaining or losing time. If it is and you want to get it fixed, take your watch in to get serviced. This may be a few hundred dollars, but it will get your watch working perfectly!
