What do crew onboard a luxury yacht eat? The answer is mostly everything! In this Galley Diaries myself and sous chef Tilly give you the run down on how we feed the 14 crew onboard, what the hardest bits are, and we almost all take a tumble in the rough seas crossing from Panama to the Caribbean.
