The Real Estate Agent Academy: Learn how to start and grow your career as a Real Estate Agent to a Six-Figure Income, how to best build your network of clients, expand into luxury markets, and the exact steps I’ve used to grow my business from $0 to over $125 million in sales: https://goo.gl/UFpi4c
First: ONLY LISTEN TO PEOPLE WHO MAKE THE MONEY YOU WANT TO MAKE. This sounds soooo simple, yet so many of us don’t pay attention to this. Instead, most people take financial and career advice from the person drowning in debt who doesn’t know how to properly use a credit card or they listen to the person who’s making $40,000 a year who’s discouraging them from starting a business “because it’s too competitive.” The reality is that if you want their lifestyle and income, take their advice…because that’s what you’re going to get.
Second: Don’t re-invent the wheel. People have already accomplished what you want to do, so you may as well learn from them. Do what works, follow the formula, and listen to the people who have what you want!
Third: Make sure what you do is scalable. If something works and you want more of it, it needs to be scalable. It needs to be just as easy to make $250k per year as it is to make $250k per month. There’s only so much you can do with your own time!
Fourth: Do what you love. If there’s ANY commonality in the people who are making a TON of money and are really, truly successful…not just by making a lot of money, but also feeling personally fulfilled..it’s this. They’ve all totally loved what they do. If you don’t have that same feeling, it’s going to be TOUGH achieving those same results. When you enjoy what you do, it makes it that much easier to get through the times where you make no money, the times when you work REALLY long hours, or those times you feel stuck…those don’t even matter if you’re having fun, and if it never feels like work.
Fifth: Have patience. Nothing happens overnight. Enjoy the process of meeting new clients. Enjoy the process of building out your business. Enjoy the process of making youtube videos that no one watches. Keep at it, because it WILL pay off if your patient to see the end result.
