When it comes to how much you should invest, it’s going to depend on how much you can invest and still enjoy life. It’s something most so-called finance ‘experts’ don’t talk about but I lived it so I know the danger of skimping every penny to invest it all and being miserable. You need to budget enough money to enjoy your life along with investing. If that means you can only invest $100 a month then that’s how it is. You can still build a great portfolio on those small investments if you do it regularly every month.
