What happens when one man takes on a completely run-down apartment and attempts to transform it into a beautiful, high-end home?
In this incredible start-to-finish apartment renovation, @timremont takes on an enormous home transformation project, turning a neglected interior into a modern living space through months of hard work, careful planning, and impressive craftsmanship.
And this isn’t a simple makeover involving a fresh coat of paint and some new furniture.
This is a complete apartment transformation from the ground up.
The project involves rebuilding and redesigning the interior, beginning with the demanding construction work that most people never see once a renovation is finished.
From preparing the walls, floors, and ceilings to installing metal framing for new interior partitions, every stage requires precision, patience, and an understanding of how the different elements of a home come together.
You’ll see the renovation progress through the major stages of construction, including structural preparation, interior framing, wall installation, surface finishing, and the detailed work needed to create a polished modern interior.
One of the most fascinating parts of this transformation is watching the apartment gradually take shape.
At first, the property looks like an unfinished construction site. Exposed concrete, bare walls, metal studs, building materials, and scattered tools make it difficult to imagine what the finished home could possibly look like.
But as the renovation progresses, everything begins to change.
New walls divide the space into functional rooms. Rough surfaces are prepared for finishing. The interior layout becomes clearer, and the apartment gradually develops the clean, modern appearance of a completely redesigned home.
What makes this project so impressive is the amount of work hidden behind the finished result.
Every perfectly finished wall begins with careful measurements and preparation. Every smooth ceiling requires work that eventually disappears from view. And every beautiful interior depends on countless smaller construction tasks being completed correctly.
This renovation demonstrates how much skill, determination, and attention to detail go into transforming an outdated property into something extraordinary.
From the noisy, dusty construction stages to the finer details that bring the finished interior together, the contrast between the beginning and the end is remarkable.
It’s also a fascinating look at the tools, materials, techniques, and problem-solving involved in a major apartment renovation.
Whether you’re interested in DIY construction, home improvement, interior design, property renovation, or simply enjoy watching incredible transformations, this project offers a detailed look at what it takes to completely rebuild a living space.
From a ruined apartment to a luxury home — this is a transformation you have to see to believe.
Watch the entire renovation journey from start to finish and see how an ordinary, neglected interior becomes something almost unrecognizable.
