The iMoney is a futuristic luxury wallet, a fusion between technology and design.
The iMoney is the best magnetic wallet made entirely from anodized aluminum. It’s very light and thin and Made in Italy
iMoney INTRODUCTION
The iMoney is the best magnetic wallet, intuitive and easy to be used. It is made of anodized aluminum derived from aircraft-aerospace industry. It is extremely elegant and luxurious
HOW IT WORKS
The iMoney is very comfortable to use, one of its strengths is its simplicity. No mechanical components are used since it is totally magnetic; single hand operated. It is safe because the aluminum protects our cards and documents from illegal data theft – called RFID Scanning.
Another strong point is that it is completely modular allowing you to choose at any moment how many cards to carry. It also contains a money clip that once wallet is closed they remain hidden inside
PRODUCT AND DESIGN
The main strengths of iMoney are design, practicality, lightness and elegance
We managed to build a unique product that collects all in one wallet. iMoney is unique, durable and lightweight
iMoney is an exclusive product in line with current fashion trends
MANUFACTURING
iMoney is made of aluminum, a material used in aviation-aerospace field.
In recent decades, many materials have been developed to achieve high performances, particularly in the aeronautical and aerospace industry, where these materials have to work in usual critical conditions. In aeronautics-aerospace field the most important mechanical properties required are:
• High Strength
• High Fracture Toughness
• Fatigue Resistance
• Corrosion Resistance
• Low Density
• Resistance to High Temperatures
• High Creep Resistance (at Low Temperature)
iMoney was own realized with this valuable material for durability
The selected aluminum to build iMoney is the AA 6000 series which is basically used to have better corrosion resistance, good mechanical properties and high yield
iMoney is built using precision CNC milling from a single aluminum block
Each piece is then blasted with glass beads, this is a handmade process
Subsequently undergoes an Anodic oxidation process.
The anodizing is an electrochemical process not spontaneous whereby a protective oxide layer occurs on the metal’s surface and protects it from corrosion. The material’s layer size is 15 µm, thickness commonly adopted for items outdoors exposed.
The aim of treatment is to:
• improving material corrosion resistance;
• increase surface hardness;
• increase wear and abrasion resistance;
• provide thermal insulation;
• aesthetics
After making the surface treatments, graphics are directly printed on aluminum, we use two techniques that make graphics indelible and not subject to wear
Photochemical etching: a modern system to engrave with precision metal plates, even very thin. The particular design required is processed in the computer and then “printed” on the metal foil. A sophisticated process of acid baths melts the margins, and indent the plate.
Laser engraving: the technique of engraving with laser beam, offers many advantages, among which an indelible marking, anti-counterfeiting, precision, even with very reduced dimensions
To build iMoney we used advanced materials and process techniques

RFID-BLOCKING
With respect to traditional wallets, aluminum made iMoney protects our papers and documents from illegal theft of data – process called RFID-Scanning.
RFID-Scanning (RFID = Radio Frequency Identification) occurs when our personal data, more and more stored in new cards and passports chips, are scanned illegally.
In this case, the data stored in our personal cards are detected and read by handheld scanners, located at short distance . These devices can extract our data even from traditional bags, jackets or pants pockets.
Since iMoney is made by aluminum, it keeps away radio waves that could scan our information, blocking in this way this process and protecting our data.
iMoney in addition to protection from RFID rays offers two additional protective functions: in fact it protects against demagnetization and physical shock.
The iMoney realization in aluminum protects cards from electromagnetic radiation and the demagnetization, which can arise not only from phones and other mobile devices, but also by magnets.
With respect to traditional wallets in leather or other materials, iMoney protects also the contents from damage, such as dents, cracks or damage caused by weather factors such as snow, rain, sand and fluids.
This is the reason why iMoney combines safety with small dimensions
