Now during this travel challenge / experience I went from the world’s cheapest 5-star hotels where some believe it should be a 1-star hotel and I also tested the most expensive 5-star hotel made for billionaires! That’s right a hotel that’s like America’s secret billionaire hotel. Now I also went to hotels similar to America’s Loneliest Hotel, the World’s Most Expensive Underwater Hotel and the world’s newest overwater villas!
But ok, this challenge was all about experiencing luxury vs. budget and seeing which hotel stays are actually worth it. So along the way, I tested everything from all-inclusive resorts to hotels that felt like tiny sleeper train-style accommodations, tried the hotel food (burgers, steak, the free breakfast buffet), and explored how different hotels like Burj Al Arab and Marina Bay Sands make your travel experience unforgettable, or completely forgettable.
