And what’s this “boar effect”? Pig is not exactly the preferred choice in nicer leathers. Yes, this leather will have protective qualities when it comes to scratch resistance and looking new longer, but it just feels too much like plastic.
The Gucci Dionysus deconstruction revealed a tasteful way to apply heavier finishes, and in my opinion, they should have used a similar leather for this wallet.
