I’ve never properly introduced myself, so here goes.
I’m Dean Harrison, a chef from a small town in Australia, and this is the story of how I became a yacht chef. From my first kitchen jobs back home to cooking on boats around the world, it’s been a wild ride! Full of lessons, challenges, and incredible experiences. I’ve worked solo on remote dive boats, sailed across Southeast Asia, and now I’m head chef on Project X. Here’s how I got to this point!
