This French country style home design sits on a piece of land high off the water which provides an endless views of the ocean. There are 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and many double height spaces. The exterior is French in design which is apparent through its steep hipped slate roofs, narrow casement windows/ French doors & symmetrical stucco façade. The home has a lot of space for outdoor living and entertaining, It even has its own formal garden and a garden pavilion. The large rectangular pool and formal garden are placed on a strict axis which is common in French design. The great room is double height which has a fireplace separating it from the den. The inspiration for this house came from the mansions I visited in Rhode Island. This is a 3d design rendered in the rendering software Lumion 10. This was first drawn in auto cad then modeled in rhino 6 then rendered using lumion 10. California Hollywood hills mansion, gold coast mansion of long island. This is a 3d home design tour.
