The Water House
This home was custom built in 1996 after replacing the original home on the lot. It was bought a few years ago by a development company and will likely be replaced with townhouses in the near future.
This amazing luxury 1990s house was rented out for a while, probably for both short and long term accommodation. Also known as The Party House by some other explorers because it was previously listed on Airbnb and was likely used for many house parties over the years.
There was a water leak in the kitchen because of a burst pipe and the water was gushing out from the ceiling and faucet for days or weeks! At some point it was turned off but it was already too late, most of the home had been severely water damaged from the leak and now the mold has started to grow. Within just two months after my visit, the place had been completely trashed with light fixtures and walls smashed and the home now sits boarded up awaiting demolition.
