Eichardt’s Private Hotel has been a prominent landmark for over 150 years. Originally a woolshed, the hotel was born from the gold rush era of 1862. The heritage has been retained and preserved. Eichardt’s today, stands as contemporary, luxury accommodation and is a Category 2 Historic Place by Heritage New Zealand.
