At 36.6m (120ft) with an 8m beam and 270GT volume, this 176-tonne yacht runs on four IPS engines delivering 4,000hp through two pods, the first leisure yacht to use the Volvo Penta Professional platform. Top speed is 23 knots, but the real story is the design – a superyacht built around outdoor living, toy-carrying capability and custom interiors.
This Zuccon International Project-designed hull’s aft deck steals the show: a 70m² beach club with folding terraces, heated infinity pool, sunken lounge, and integrated crane system that transforms the pool into a tender bay for up to 6.3m boat plus jet skis and Seabobs. There’s shaded dining on the mezzanine, private seating aft on the bridge deck, and, for the first time on an SX yacht, a dedicated sun deck up top.
The interior includes sculptural staircases, hidden bars, three lounges and flexible guest spaces. Four ensuite cabins plus a “jolly cabin” offer a mix of privacy and versatility, with glass wardrobes, big hull windows, and integrated entertainment systems throughout.
Forward, the owner’s suite enjoys wraparound glazing, a private side terrace and a bathroom that balances twin sinks, a walk-in shower and open sea views. Crew have a dedicated galley, mess, and three cabins for six.
With its mix of IPS efficiency, multi-deck living and a beach club designed for toys and water access, the SX120 feels purpose-built for owners who want a luxury yacht that delivers scale, style, and flexibility in one package.
