Becoming a Private Jet Broker

At the beginning of this year, I took a gamble to go back into my passion of aviation and combine my business experience in the real estate industry with my pilot background and create Blackout Aviation, a private jet brokerage where we sell charter flight to retail customers. In this video I explain my reasoning for doing so, my past experience as a Gulfstream G650 pilot, and the steps I took to start selling jet flights. With tools like Avinode, FlyEasy, Google Ads, and Squarespace, you too can build out a private jet business with little to no startup costs. You just need hustle, some industry knowledge, and the ability to sell.

Ryan Huber is a professional pilot and entrepreneur that started his career with the decision to attend ATP Flight School, where he became a CFI in 5 months and documented his journey on this channel. While flight instructing, Ryan networked within the business aviation industry to find his first job flying a Citation CJ3 for a Part 135 charter operator. Within a year, Ryan got the opportunity to fly a Gulfstream G650 for an international operator where he flew to over 20 countries. At the age of 24, Ryan knew that his dreams were bigger than just being a pilot. He left flying full time to become a full time entrepreneur where he has flipped 30 houses in the last 3 years and is now focused on building an aviation empire through his start up: Blackout Aviation
