In this episode, we revisit The Water Shed, first toured on The Luxury Home Show in 2023. Nina and Dan welcome us back to their family home in the coastal village of Bosham, West Sussex. The award-winning Grand Designs property sits among open fields, with the house and gardens arranged around a natural swimming pond.
Nina, the interior designer, shares how the couple brought their ideas to life throughout the home. Bespoke furniture and lighting, Venetian plaster finishes and a natural palette give each space its own character, while the central atrium and staircase connect the different levels.
The tour continues outside, where a deck extends over the pond and the sauna, hot tub and gardens bring the landscape into daily life. As Nina and Dan show us around, they share the details behind a home shaped by family life, outdoor activities and a connection to nature.
