This £5,500,000 duplex penthouse is set within a historic townhouse on Eaton Place, in the heart of Belgravia. Once a traditional third-floor apartment, the property has been transformed with a private lift opening directly into the home.
The open-plan living space combines restored period detailing with American black walnut, hand-selected Spanish marble and a bespoke £150,000 kitchen. Modern lighting, heating and cooling systems have been carefully incorporated while respecting the building’s historic character.
