Built with intention and designed for the future, this extraordinary architectural estate represents a new chapter for Pacific Palisades. Positioned as a symbol of the community’s renewal, the home blends exceptional craftsmanship, resilient design, and seamless indoor-outdoor living to create one of Los Angeles’ most remarkable contemporary residences.
Privately tucked behind gates at the end of a long driveway, the nearly one-acre property enjoys breathtaking panoramic views across the Pacific Ocean, the surrounding canyons, and the city skyline. Expansive walls of glass, soaring ceilings, and beautifully curated interiors create an effortless connection between every living space and the spectacular outdoor setting, while a dramatic infinity pool appears to merge directly into the ocean beyond.
From the hidden underground basketball court beneath the pool to the private wellness centre, detached guest house, cinema, executive office, and resort-inspired entertaining spaces, every detail has been carefully considered. This is far more than a luxury home, it is a statement of innovation, resilience, and modern California living at its finest.
